Q: What services do you provide?
A: TechRoom provides three services:
- Repair and consulting service, from one-time issues to larger problems affecting homes or businesses. Our repairs address a variety of problems, including slow performance, running out of storage, crashing, and data loss.
- Switcher Genius is the first and best service worldwide for switching from one computer to a new one, without hassles and problems. Our speciality is moving you from PC to Mac. We also switch from old Mac to new Mac, and old PC to new PC.
- TechRoom Concierge is an ongoing service relationship for customers seeking priority access, proactive service and a holistic approach to making your entire system work.
Q: Can I bring my computer to you?
A: Yes, our office in Newport Beach is a full-service TechRoom, with the equipment, tools and resources required for safety and security of your equipment and data. We do require appointments for service.
