A: TechRoom was founded in 2001. We're now entering our 15th year in business.

Q: What services do you provide?

A: TechRoom provides three services:

  1. Repair and consulting service, from one-time issues to larger problems affecting homes or businesses. Our repairs address a variety of problems, including slow performance, running out of storage, crashing, and data loss.
  2. Switcher Genius is the first and best service worldwide for switching from one computer to a new one, without hassles and problems. Our speciality is moving you from PC to Mac. We also switch from old Mac to new Mac, and old PC to new PC.
  3. TechRoom Concierge is an ongoing service relationship for customers seeking priority access, proactive service and a holistic approach to making your entire system work. 

Q: Can I bring my computer to you?

A: Yes, our office in Newport Beach is a full-service TechRoom, with the equipment, tools and resources required for safety and security of your equipment and data.  We do require appointments for service.
