If you're taking a call for us, that means we couldn't get to the phone.
What our customers needs is a sincere, smart and sweet person who cares to:
- Let them know everyone on the technical team is with customers
- That you can take a message - and they'll get a receipt for the message in their email - and that we'll call them back right away
- Get their name, email address and phone number, as well as any brief message they want us to know before we call them back
Customers are usually hesitant to provide their email addresses. Let them know that at TechRoom emails are never shared, and we do this so they can know the status of their call and so we can reply back to them on the call as well.
