  1. Get the real scoop: We start by performing a pre-TR Care inspection of your technology (the TechRoom Assessment). We'll identify opportunities for improvement, ways of achieving things you want, and we'll also spot problems, minor and major.  This isn't an audit or an inventory- that would be wasting your time and money.  This is about determining what needs to be done to get your technology back into alignment with your priorities.  
  2. Pick your budget: With the TechRoom Assessment in hand, you can now decide on a budget for service and support. This is business owner decision-making and doesn't belong to any consultant or technology person.  Instead of giving a technician carte blanche, you can now set some limits and controls on how much money is spent on service and where it goes.
  3. Get back to business: With the TR Care plan picked, you can get back to work. We'll take care of the basics on regular schedule.  Your employees will have full-time availability to TechRoom to report issues, and you don't have to worry: If we ever have more work than the budget allows, or an emergency that deserves priority, we'll escalate immediately to get approval (or decline it if it's really not important to you as the business owner).  It's that simple.

TechRoom practices the Getting Things Done© model as a team.  Even though you'll likely get to know your assigned technician and account manager well, you won't have to depend on them.  What's important to your business is something our whole team knows, keeps track of, and reviews with you.
